Punta Chivato is located at 56 kms (35 miles) South Santa Rosalia, 42 kms (26 miles) North Mulege and 182 kms (113 miles) from Loreto International Airport.

One commercial airline service the Loreto´s airport:

• Alaska  airlines  with four weekly flights to/from Los Angeles.                    

Transfer from Loreto to Punta Chivato is provided:                    

• by Taxi at the Loreto airport  (USD 190 approx)                    
• by hotel Posada de las Flores (USD 140 max  4 pax)                    
• by rent a car (min. USD 80 daily + tax and insurance)                    

To access to Punta Chivato from the main road you have to turn at Palo Verde village and make 18 kms (12 miles) of dirty road. If you come with your private plane the Resort counts with its own airstrip.  No land fee.  Airstrip is 1.1 miles. We do provide transportation to the hotel, just call us by radio. Frequency 122.80.
